Only two short sections of this line are solely used by the Circle line. It had not been built as a separate line, but was merged from different sections of the Metropolitan Line and the District Line. It was first described as such in 1949 and already appeared on the 1947 Underground Map. The Circle Line is an underground service of the London Underground circling the center of London. This line offers a length of 27km with 35 stations, many hours of fun and interesting missions This simulation covers the entire Circle Line in its current operational service which includes the new section to Hammersmith. After the releases of New York and Berlin we are now proud to introduce Vol.3 - London Underground. Unlike all the other volumes of this series, Volume 3 was published by Excalibur Publishing as well as Aerosoft.World of Subways" is our series of the most interesting Subway and Underground routes of the world for the PC. World of Subways Volume 3 was praised for the trains looking very similar to their real-life counterparts. The C Stock was also included on another line, the Hammersmith & City line and again the player can not board or control this train. The D Stock is also included, which runs on the District line but the player can not board or control this type of rolling stock. The only usable rolling stock is the C Stock subway cars. Also unlike the previous versions, there is no exterior camera and the player can board and travel on other Circle Line trains not controlled by the player. Unlike the previous volumes, players have a visible character in third-person view, but the majority of the simulation is still in first-person view. The Circle Line operates in two directions: "Inner Rail" (anti-clockwise, Edgware Road - Hammersmith) and "Outer Rail" (clockwise, Hammersmith - Edgware Road). The Circle Line covers 27 km (16.8 mi) of track and 35 stations, including the extension to Hammersmith, that runs above and below ground through London. Volume 3 continues the World of Subways series with the Circle line service of the London Underground. 2011 video game World of Subways Volume 3: London Underground Circle Line
